TTK Healthcare announced that K Vaidyanathan, Executive Director of the Company has expressed his desire to retire from the position of Executive Director / Director of the Company, with effect from 01 September 2014, vide his communication dated 01 August 2014.Accordingly, he will be relieved from the position of Executive Director / Director of the Company, at the start of working hours on 01 September 2014.
