TTK Prestige leads gainers in 'A' group

Pressure cooker and kitchen appliance maker TTK Prestige rose 4.21% to Rs 3,386.30 on bargain hunting after the stock fell 15.08% in the preceding 11 trading sessions to Rs 3,249.60 on 28 December 2012, from a recent high of Rs 3,826.65 on 12 December 2012. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group.

Jewellery retailer Gitanjali Gems rose 4.02% to Rs 531.45. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group. The stock hit a record high of Rs 541.25 in intraday today, 31 December 2012.

Gold loan company Muthoot Finance rose 3.94% to Rs 208.55. The stock was third biggest gainer in 'A' group.

 

State-run copper miner Hindustan Copper rose 3.83% to Rs 142.20. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Commercial vehicles maker Eicher Motors rose 3.46% to Rs 2,890. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
