Under ESOS
Tube Investments of India announced that the Company has on August 20, 2014 allotted 58,372 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 56.80 per share.The above allotment is consequent upon the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007.
Further note that with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,69,43,324 to 18,70,01,696 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 37,38,86,648/- to Rs. 37,40,03,392/-.
