Uflex will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2014 to consider the following: To review and consider the Audited Accounts of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2014, To consider and recommend payment of dividend, if any, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
