UFO Moviez India announced that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 12 January 2016 had allotted equity shares of Rs.10/- each pursuant to exercise of the employees stock options under employee stock option schemes of the Company as below:a. 184,190 equity shares under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 and
b. 640,335 equity shares under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.
