UFO Moviez India announced that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 02 February 2016 had allotted equity shares of Rs.10/- each pursuant to exercise of the employees stock options under employee stock option scheme of the Company as below:- 8,908 equity shares under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.
