Net profit of Ugar Sugar Works declined 70.22% to Rs 3.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 12.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 19.62% to Rs 137.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 171.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit rose 2.11% to Rs 17.45 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 17.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 9.23% to Rs 717.57 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 656.92 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
