Union Bank of India allots 12.93 crore equity shares

Under QIP issue

Union Bank of India announced that the offer of QIP was oversubscribed & the Bank has issued 12,93,24,280 equity shares aggregating to Rs 2000 crore. The shares were allotted on 14 December 2017.

Pursuant to the allotment of 12,93,24,280 Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs. 8,55,75,35,780 comprising 85,57,53,578 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
