On or before 27 June 2015 for preference shares; On or before 28 October 2015 for equity shares
United Breweries announced that -1. Preference Dividend for Financial Year 2014-2015 @ 3% on Preference Shares held by Scottish & Newcastle India shall be paid on or before 27 June 2015.
2. Equity Dividend for Financial Year 2014-2015 @ 100% i.e. Re 1.00 per Equity Share shall be paid on or before 28 October2015 post declaration of dividend at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 September 2015.
