Effective date for scheme is 25 July 2014
United Drilling Tools announced that the Company has received on 24 July 2014 the order of Hon'ble Delhi High court dated 01 May 2014 in case of amalgamation of Macro Steel Engineers (a transferor Company) with United Drilling Tools (a transferee Company), which has been submitted to Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana on 25 July 2014. As per term of the approved scheme of amalgamation and as per relevant provision of Company act, the effective date of the above mention scheme of amalgamation is 25 July 2014.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
