Universal Cables announced the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 September 2015 has approved the following in relation to proposed rights issue -Issue opening date - 24 September 2015
Last date for receipt of request for split application forms - 07 October 2015
Issue closing date - 14 October 2015
