Upsurge Investment & Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 October 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30 September 2015. & to consider resignation of Rajeshree Gaikwad from the post of Company Secretary.
