Net profit of Uttam Galva Steels reported to Rs 138.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 671.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 48.17% to Rs 893.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1724.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 445.35 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 1047.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 36.82% to Rs 4348.10 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 6882.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
