V B Industries announced Johar Pal Singh, Independent Director of the Company has been resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 08 May 2015.Further, Jagannath Pandit has been appointed as CFO of the Company w.e.f. 30 March 2015.
The Board has approved both resignation and appointments from the date of their resignation and appointment.
