With effect from 22 April 2015
Vaishno Cement Co announced that Nabin Kr. Jain, Vineet Agarwal and MKakali Ghosh have been appointed as Directors (Non-Executive, Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 22 April 2015.Further, Vijay Jaideo Poddar, Girdhar S. Bansal and Sarita Agarwal, all Non-Executive, Independent Directors, have been resigned from Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 22 April 2015.
The Board of Directors of the Company have approved both Appointment and Resignation of above referred Directors w.e.f. their date of Appointments and Resignations.
