To hold Convened shareholders meeting hon 26 March 2015
Vantage Corporate Services announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide its order dated 13 February 2015 had in the matter of Scheme of Arrangement of Vantage Corporate Services, the Demerged Company (VCSL) and Vantage Knowledge Academy (VKAL) for Demerger and transfer of Education Business Services Undertaking of VCSL into VKAL and directed the company (VCSL) admitted an application and ordered to hold and convene the meeting of the Equity Shareholders on 26 March 2015.Accordingly the Court convened meeting of the Company will be held on 26 March 2015.
The court has also ordered and granted dispensation from convening and holding the meeting of the Creditors of Vantage Corporate Services Limited in the said matter.
