Vardhman Inds acquires 50% equity stake in Vallabh Tinplate

Vardhman Industries announced that JSW Steel has acquired 50% equity stake in Vallabh Tinplate. Post the closing of transaction, JSW Steel will have representation in the Board of VTPL proportionate to its equity holding.
