Vedanta Ltd has added 5.03% over last one month compared to 4.56% gain in S&P BSE Metal index and 1.62% rise in the SENSEX
Vedanta Ltd rose 1.39% today to trade at Rs 149.25. The S&P BSE Metal index is up 0.79% to quote at 9725.83. The index is up 4.56 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Tata Steel Ltd increased 1.19% and JSW Steel Ltd added 1.05% on the day. The S&P BSE Metal index went down 18.07 % over last one year compared to the 13.07% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
Vedanta Ltd has added 5.03% over last one month compared to 4.56% gain in S&P BSE Metal index and 1.62% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 8480 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 7.68 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 214.25 on 17 Dec 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 125.7 on 22 Aug 2019.
