The Q4 result was announced after market hours on Tuesday, 6 May 2014.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 123.59 points or 0.55% at 22,384.83.
On BSE, so far 3,418 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 4,689 shares in the past one quarter.
