Amara Raja Batteries clocked volume of 8.09 lakh shares by 12:43 IST on BSE, a 8.74-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 93,000 shares. The stock rose 0.73% to Rs 249.45.
Lakshmi Machine Works notched up volume of 56,000 shares, a 5.55-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 10,000 shares. The stock fell 1.05% to Rs 1,779.
Binny Mills saw volume of 2.30 lakh shares, a 3.37-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 68,000 shares. The stock fell 2% to Rs 785.90.
TV18 Broadcast clocked volume of 46.14 lakh shares, a 3.09-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 14.93 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.42% to Rs 17.85.
Ruchi Soya Industries saw volume of 22.14 lakh shares, a 2.50-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 8.84 lakh shares. The stock tumbled 7.23% to Rs 26.95.
