Bosch clocked volume of 10,000 shares by 13:27 IST on BSE, a 20.13-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock lost 0.44% at Rs 10,221.15.
Biocon notched up volume of 11.78 lakh shares, a 12.1-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 97,000 shares. The stock jumped 10.16% at Rs 500.80.
Persistent Systems saw volume of 54,000 shares, a 7.96-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock lost 0.2% at Rs 1,064.
Stampede Capital clocked volume of 15.41 lakh shares, a 6.03-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.56 lakh shares. The stock surged 3.66% at Rs 73.65.
Liberty Shoes saw volume of 3.23 lakh shares, a 5.85-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 55,000 shares. The stock jumped 13.05% at Rs 185.35 after net profit surged 340.21% to Rs 4.27 crore on 35.4% increase in net sales to Rs 142.05 crore in Q4 March 2014 over Q4 March 2013. The result was announced after market hours on Thursday, 17 April 2014. Net profit surged 145.1% to Rs 13.21 crore on 34.2% increase in net sales to Rs 483.49 crore in the year ended March 2014 over the year ended March 2013.
