D B Corp clocked volume of 4.92 lakh shares by 13:57 IST on BSE, a 275.56 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,787 shares. The stock rose 2.04% at Rs 337.05.
TeamLease Services notched up volume of 3.80 lakh shares, a 65.04-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 5,850 shares. The stock gained 2.53% at Rs 950.
DFM Foods saw volume of 6.04 lakh shares, a 59.9-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 10,000 shares. The stock advanced 10.54% at Rs 1,898.70
L&T clocked volume of 12.53 lakh shares, a 7.18-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.75 lakh shares. The stock jumped 12.09% at Rs 1,447.50. L&T's management said in a conference call held after the announcement of the company's Q4 March 2016 results yesterday, 25 May 2016, that it expects L&T's order inflow to rise 15% in the year ending 31 March 2017 (FY 2017). L&T expects 12-15% growth in revenue in the year ending 31 March 2017 (FY 2017). L&T reported 18.55% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 2453.64 crore on 17.88% rise in total income to Rs 33375.26 crore in Q4 March 2016 over Q4 March 2015. The result was announced after market hours yesterday, 25 May 2016.
Greenply Industries saw volume of 6.17 lakh shares, a 6.95-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 89,000 shares. The stock shed 0.96% at Rs 210.55.
