Volumes jump at Future Retail counter

Alphageo (India), AstraZeneca Pharma India, Balmer Lawrie & Co and Kitex Garments are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 7 November 2017.

Future Retail clocked volume of 7.70 lakh shares by 13:38 IST on BSE, a 32.33-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 24,000 shares. The stock rose 0.58% at Rs 529.20.

Alphageo (India) notched up volume of 76,000 shares, a 21.12-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 4,000 shares. The stock jumped 11.04% at Rs 865.

AstraZeneca Pharma India saw volume of 52,000 shares, a 15.82-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock surged 9.78% at Rs 1,203.

 

Balmer Lawrie & Co clocked volume of 3.92 lakh shares, a 12.62-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 31,000 shares. The stock advanced 9.82% at Rs 278.

Kitex Garments saw volume of 3.02 lakh shares, a 11.31-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 27,000 shares. The stock surged 10.76% at Rs 326.80.
