Hathway Cable & Datacom clocked volume of 5.06 lakh shares by 13:39 IST on BSE, a 71.9-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock lost 0.9% at Rs 275.
ING Vysya Bank notched up volume of 2.08 lakh shares, a 15.91-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 13,000 shares. The stock lost 0.35% to Rs 548.
SKS Microfinance saw volume of 6.04 lakh shares, a 7.6-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 79,000 shares. The stock surged 6.49% to Rs 105.90 after the company reported net profit of Rs 4.97 crore in Q1 June 2013, as against net loss of Rs 38.84 crore in Q1 June 2012. The Q1 result was announced after market hours on Thursday, 25 July 2013.
Jet Airways (India) clocked volume of 16.64 lakh shares, a 5.3-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3.14 lakh shares. The stock jumped 12.6% to Rs 379.25.
Punjab National Bank (PNB) saw volume of 5.81 lakh shares, a 4.33-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 1.34 lakh shares. The stock tumbled 5.81% to Rs 591.80.
