Indiabulls Housing Finance clocked volume of 10.25 lakh shares by 12:46 IST on BSE, a 20.77-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 49,000 shares. The stock fell 12.10% to Rs 629 after the company said it acquired about 40% stake in UK-based OakNorth Bank for $100 million. The announcement was made on Wednesday, 11 November 2015.
HCL Technologies notched up volume of 13.20 lakh shares, a 13.74-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 96,000 shares. The stock fell 1.57% to Rs 838.50.
Syncom Formulations India saw volume of 2.50 crore shares, a 4.57-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 54.82 lakh shares. The stock rose 19.76% to Rs 4.
Grauer & Weil India clocked volume of 21.07 lakh shares, a 3.35-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 6.30 lakh shares. The stock rose 10.26% to Rs 29.55.
Cadila Healthcare saw volume of 3.42 lakh shares, a 2.95-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 1.16 lakh shares. The stock fell 1.21% to Rs 412.25.
