Minda Corporation clocked volume of 18.58 lakh shares by 14:00 IST on BSE, a 35.75 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 52,000 shares. The stock jumped 6.3% at Rs 92.
Welspun Corp notched up volume of 11.01 lakh shares, a 6.4-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.72 lakh shares. The stock jumped 8.45% at Rs 105.85. The company said that it has won an order for supply of 216 kilometric tonnes line pipes for an onshore project in America. The company made announcement after market hours yesterday, 26 November 2015. Welspun Corp said that with the addition of this order, current order book of the company has crossed 1040 kilometric tonnes (K MTs) worth Rs 6400 crore.
Lanco Infratech saw volume of 82.25 lakh shares, a 5.08-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 16.2 lakh shares. The stock declined 6.7% at Rs 6.55.
SKS Microfinance clocked volume of 4.3 lakh shares, a 4.53-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 95,000 shares. The stock jumped 6.46% at Rs 451.40. SKS Microfinance announced a 1% reduction in the interest rate charged to borrowers from 20.75% to 19.75% with effect from 7 December 2015, for all future disbursals. The company made announcement before market hours today, 27 November 2015.
Vivimed Labs saw volume of 1.68 lakh shares, a 4.25-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 40,000 shares. The stock vaulted 6.74% at Rs 426.
