Reliance Industrial Infrastructure clocked volume of 6.03 lakh shares by 13:19 IST on BSE, a 9.73-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 62,000 shares. The stock jumped 13.13% to Rs 447.60.
Reliance Industries (RIL) notched up volume of 9.03 lakh shares, a 3.27-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.76 lakh shares. The stock surged 5.26% to Rs 782 on reports benchmark Singapore gross refining margins (GRM) have strengthened from the 2nd week of July 2012 to average at $8 a barrel from $6.7 a barrel in the quarter ended June 2012.
Jai Corp clocked volume of 14.11 lakh shares, a 2.84-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 4.97 lakh shares. The stock surged 9.09% to Rs 61.20.
SKS Microfinance clocked volume of 19.31 lakh shares, a 2.34-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 8.26 lakh shares. The stock surged 10.37% to Rs 99.50.
SKS Microfinance reported net loss of Rs 38.84 crore in Q1 June 2012, lower than net loss of Rs 218.74 crore in Q1 June 2011. Total income fell 55% to Rs 79.45 crore in Q1 June 2012 over Q1 June 2011. The result was announced after market hours on Friday, 3 August 2012.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals (GPL) notched up volume of 1.52 lakh shares, a 2.33-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 65,000 shares. The stock rose 0.93% to Rs 412.50.
