Syngene International clocked volume of 9.39 lakh shares by 13:18 IST on BSE, a 34.43 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 27,000 shares. The stock rose 1.93% at Rs 370.60.
Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation notched up volume of 4.11 lakh shares, a 27.15-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 15,000 shares. The stock shed 0.25% at Rs 160.55.
Maharashtra Seamless saw volume of 2.83 lakh shares, a 17.19-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 16,000 shares. The stock dropped 2.78% at Rs 195.80.
Store One Retail India clocked volume of 7.74 lakh shares, a 14.92-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 52,000 shares. The stock rose 19.24% at Rs 105.35.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises saw volume of 6.06 lakh shares, a 10.86-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 56,000 shares. The stock 6.48% at Rs 444.75. Zee Entertainment Enterprises' consolidated net profit rose 12.93% to Rs 260.61 crore on 12.39% growth in total income to Rs 1577.37 crore in Q4 March 2016 over Q4 March 2015. The result was announced after market hours yesterday, 10 May 2016.
