Wadala Commodities approves scheme of amalgamation with Godrej Inds

Wadala Commodities announced that the board of directors have on 07 February 2014 approved its scheme of amalgamation with Godrej Industries and their respective shareholders under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
