Wheels India announced that its committee- capital issues constituted by the board of directors in the meeting held on 03 February 2014 have approved the following in relation to proposed Rights issue of equity shares of the company. -Rights Issue Price: Rs. 400 per equity share (including premium of Rs 390 per share) -Rights entitlement ratio for the Issue: 51 equity shares for every 20 equity shares held by eligible equity shareholders as on the record date. -All equity shares to be issued pursuant to issue shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
