White Diamond Industries announced that it is in receipt of in-principle approval from BSE for the issue of 50 lakh preferential convertible warrants to Promoters and Non-Promoters at Rs 30.50 per warrant. The funds shall be utilised for the aggressive expansion plans of the Company.
