To continue listing on Bombay Stock Exchange
Wintac announced that the Company indents to delist the equity shares of the Company from Bangalore Stock Exchange (BgSE) pursuant to Regulation 6 & 7 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009 and accordingly has made necessary application to Bangalore Stock.The Company's shares are listed in Bombay Stock Exchange and the Company has no intention of delisting of shares from the Bombay Stock Exchange.
