Under Restricted Stock Unit Plans
Wipro has granted 44,38,000 (forty four lakhs and thirty eight thousand) Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) including ADS RSUs under Company's Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 and ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 to its identified employees.
