The benchmark NIFTY is up around 1.15% on the day, quoting at 10597.55. The Sensex is at 34529.35, up 1.31%. Wipro Ltd has slipped around 8.23% in last one month.

 

Meanwhile, Nifty IT index of which Wipro Ltd is a constituent, has slipped around 7.85% in last one month and is currently quoting at 12450.05, up 2.14% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 20.84 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 33.62 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark February futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 291.45, up 0.33% on the day. Wipro Ltd is up 24.94% in last one year as compared to a 20.72% jump in NIFTY and a 25.06% jump in the Nifty IT index.
