Wockhardt announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 39,125 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on 28 July 2016, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 552,544,515/- (110,508,903 equity share of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 552,740,140/- (110,548,028 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
