The Board of XT Global Infotech will meet on 14 January 2020 to consider and approve the following -- raising of funds through issue of equity shares of the Company on private placement basis.
- further acquisition of stake in Xenosoft Technologies (India) by swap of shares through preferential allotment as per the valuation reports of both the companies.
- increase in the limits applicable for making investments / extending loans and giving guarantees or providing securities in connection with loans to bodies corporate or investment in other entities.
