Yash Trading & Finance announced that the Company has decided to withdraw/cancel/abandon the Rights issue on account of letter received from Directorate of Enforcement wherein investigation against the Company's promoter Pradeep Kumar Sethy has been initialed under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
