Yes Bank has allotted 69,646 (Sixty Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Six) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 09 July 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I, PESOP II and PESOP II - 2010.The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,21,09,37,410 consisting of 42,10,93,741 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,21,16,33,870 consisting of 42,11,63,387 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
