Zee Learn announced that consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted by the Company under its ESOP Scheme, the Company on 07 October 2014 has allotted total 1,35,950 Equity shares consisting of 80,325 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share, 27,625 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share and 28,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 per Equity Share.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
