Zee Learn announced that consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted by the Company under its ESOP Scheme, the Company on 29 October 2014 has allotted total 74,663 Equity shares consisting of 44,863 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share, 21,700 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share and 8,100 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 per Equity Share.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
