ZEN Technologies announces share purchase by FIIs/ RFPIs discontinued

ZEN Technologies has announced that since foreign share holding in defence industry is not allowed under portfolio investment scheme (PIS), therefore no purchase of shares of the Company would be allowed through stock exchange in India on behalf of foreign institutional investors (FIIs)/ registered foreign portfolio investors (RFPIs) under PIS.
