Zodiac Clothing Company announced that A H Mody has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 31 March 2014.In absence of Company Secretary, the Company have now appointed B Mahabala, Vice President - Commercial, as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 15 April 2014.
