Zuari Agro Chemicals has acquired 3,22,67,741 equity shares of Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals from Zuari Global for Rs 16.10 per share aggregating Rs 51.95 crore.The proposed acquisition of shares was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2014.
