Re-classification of shareholdings of (1) SCM Investment and Trading Co., (2) RTM Investment and Trading Co., (3) SIL Investments and (4) Ronson Traders Limited from Promoter to Public Category.
2. Amendment of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
