Zuari Agro Chemicals announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal bench at Mumbai has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Zuari Fertilisers and Chemicals ('ZFCL'), Zuari Speciality Fertilisers ('ZSFL') and Zuari Agri Sciences ('ZASL') with the Company ('Scheme') vide its order dated 14 September, 2017.The Scheme shall become effective from the appointed date i.e 1st April, 2015, upon filing of the certified true copy of the order with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies.
