Receives certified copy of NCLT Order on 07 November 2017
Zuari Agro Chemicals announced that it has on 07 November received the certified copy of the Order passed by the NCLT approving the scheme of amalgamation of Zuari Fertilisers and Chemicals ('ZFCL'), Zuari Speciality Fertilisers ('ZSFL') and Zuari Agri Sciences ('ZASL') with the Company.
