Sea erosion and beach protection measures were being taken in popular beaches like Anjuna, Keri-Tiracol, Morjim in North Goa and Agonda, Betalbatim, Majorda, etc.

According to the details Palienkar listed in his written reply, the most affected beaches are Betalbatim (1,320 metres), Arossim (1,190 m), Agonda (1,000 m), Keri-Tiracol (1,000 m).
