At least 26 people were killed and 79 injured Sunday when a 6.5-magnitude earthquake hit China's Yunnan province.
The quake occurred at 4.30 p.m., in Yunnan's Zhaotong city, Xinhua reported.
According to the China Earthquake Networks Centre (CENC), the epicentre of the quake was located at 27.1 degrees north latitude and 103.3 degrees east longitude at a depth of 12 km.
