Delhi Police arrested three persons for killing an auto driver over an altercation after they called him a thief in south Delhi, police said on Friday.
Police said the accused have been identified as Shah Alam, 26, Nadeem, 23, and Deepu, 23, are jobless and residents of Sangam Vihar. They were arrested on Thursday.
The incident occurred on April 2 when the deceased, Deepak, 21, was stopped and called thief repeatedly which led to a heated argument. They took Deepak in to Asola WildLife Sanctury and stabbed him to death and threw his body in a drain, senior police officer Romil Baaniya said.
