At least three people were killed and two others were injured in a suicide blast in Afghanistan's Kandahar city on Tuesday.
The casualties could be higher as the bombing hit a residential area of Aino Mina town in the city, Xinhua news agency reported.
Provincial government spokesman Aziz Ahmad Azizi confirmed the attack without giving any details and said an investigation was underway into the incident.
